Dr. Rosemary was born in 1965. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University (KU), a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration with concentration in management from USIU.

She is a Member of Institute of Human Resource Management, Member Institute of University Training Committee, Academic Advisor, Student Mentor and BOM Member, Naivasha Girls Secondary School.

She is currently the Chairperson and lecturer in Human Resource Management Department at Kenyatta University and a Committee member of Manpower Development.
