Winnie brings over twenty-five years of experience in people leadership and organizational transformation mostly from multinational and large organizations.

Winnie has led key projects that were aimed at transforming most of the organizations that she worked for including, merger and acquisition for UAP/Old Mutual, rebranding, and culture change at KCB Bank and East  African Breweries. She also led restructuring projects at Delphis Bank, KCB, Diageo, and UAPOld Mutual.

Winnie currently serves on the following Boards;

• At Kengen- A Non- executive independent Board member; chair of the Strategy Committee   a member of the HR & Remuneration and Audit, Risk & Compliance Committees
• A Non- executive independent Board member  -Britam  General Insurance  a subsidiary of Britam,
• A Trustee of the Management University of Africa

She is also a proud Rotarian and is currently the President of RC Karura.

Winnie also previously served as the;

• Chairperson of the National Employment Authority,
• Chairperson, Association of Retirement Benefits Schemes

She is currently the CEO and Lead Consultant at Serian Consulting Limited, a firm that deals in end-to-end Strategic HR consulting services. She is an HR thought leader skilled in organizational transformation skills, mergers, and acquisition people integration), culture, and organization branding.

Winnie is a holder of an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a Degree in Education, both from Kenyatta University. She also has a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management and an Executive Coaching certification from the Academy of Executive Coaches. She is a member of the Global Organization Design Community.

Her key leadership skills include coaching, mentorship, team motivation, inclusion, and diversity. Her leadership style is nurturing teams for success.
